Who we are
We are a small female owned rabbitry in Gordonsville VA. We are registered with the arba and we breed for sweet healthy pets. We do not guarentee that a rabbit will be show quality and/or will win legs or gc in rabbit shows. We breed quality OVER quantity, which means we often don’t have that many available!
We only breed holland lops as of 2025, we have bred over 7 other breeds but In our experience hollands are just the best tempered small breed.
I grew up watching my grandfather breed rabbits- he bred for pets and just as a hobby and seeing the hairless rat looking creatures grow fur and become gorgeous little creatures was magical! I've been breeding for around 8-9 years now and absolutely love it. There's of course times where I want to quit because it can be very draining. But, at the end of the day the joy our rabbit's bring to other people is enough to keep on going.
We spoil and handle our adults and kits a LOT. We aren't the cheapest out there, but we breed quality and spend a lot of money to make sure they're healthy and happy.
Often we have people curious how our adults treated and handled daily so I wanted to include a high angled picture of PART of their play area outdoors. We have 5/6 outdoor panels and each area is around 6-7 feet long. They love to dig and run around daily. When it rains or there’s a storm of course they’re snug inside their heated/cooled shed that’s insulated and even has scratch resistant vinyl flooring! Our guys are treated like family and the females are not bred more than twice a year.
